DESTIHL Brewery (USA) is an independent craft brewery founded in 2007 in Normal, Illinois. Known for its bold flavors, innovative brewing approach, and uncompromising commitment to quality, DESTIHL has become one of the most respected names in American craft beer. Founder Matt Potts received a homebrewing kit as a Christmas gift from his wife, Lyn, in 1995, sparking a passion that eventually led to the creation of DESTIHL. From the beginning, the brewery was built on the idea of producing beers that are anything but ordinary.

Over the years, DESTIHL has expanded significantly and relocated its operations more than once. Its current state-of-the-art brewery and Beer Hall have been operating in Normal since 2017, serving as the heart of the company’s brewing and hospitality activities.

DESTIHL has earned international recognition for its acclaimed DeadHead IPA Series, barrel-aged Dosvidanya imperial stouts, and distinctive sour beers. Today, the brewery is widely regarded as one of the premier craft breweries in the United States, with its beers enjoyed both across the country and in export markets around the world.
